It will depend the weight of the parcel, destination, and which courier provider you choose during checkout. Our shipping is Powered by Delyva. We provide multi courier provider for shipment. Each provider come with different price for shipment.

Usually for domestic, will takes around 1-3 days for peninsular, and 3 days to a week for Sabah & Sarawak.

For international, it will takes around 1-2 weeks depend on the country and their respective rules and regulation.

After customer successfully submit the order, our operation team will get the notification of the new order. Then they will process it immediately. They will start with check the order details, check the availability of the items, print the invoices and delivery slip, pack it and get ready to deliver it to the customer with our courier partner.

Depending on the availability of the stock for the item ordered, the process may take extra few days if the stock has not been received yet at our store from our supplier.

Yes, you will received an invoices at your email once you successfully make an order.

ORDER & PAYMENT INFORMATION

When you use automated payment gateway services like Toyyibpay, the amount paid will automatically deducted from your local bank account immediately once you finished the payment process during the purchase.

When you use credit card for payment with Stripe payment gateway, the amount paid will be automatically added to your credit card account.

Wishlist give opportunity to save products for later purchase. It will save in your account, and you can go through back in there for purchase purpose soon when you are ready.

But bear in mind, we will only process the replacement once we have validated the problem on the items.

For changing the ordered item, the new item’s price must be same with the old item’s price, and it must be requested before the item get packed and delivered. In other words, the request of changes must be made as soon as possible.

By the way, Obatan have the rights to fulfill or to not fulfill the changes request by our customer.

No cancel request will be allowed once the payment have been made.
